Our fit camp classes are for those that may be new to fitness or an athlete who thinks they may not be ready for full on CrossFit classes. With many of the same principals and practices of our CrossFit program, Fit Camp will allow you to build up to your desired fitness level. Even though this program will not feature barbells or heavy weights, it will still be a challenge and have you breaking a sweat. With more focus on aerobic movements and lighter weights that are all inclusive to any individual no matter size, experience or age. We will look to build the best version of you, whatever that might be, but as always still maintaining the community and fun environment of the gym!
